Apply + Application Review

Our team is committed to a timely response to all applicants.


Recruiter Screen

Based on your application, if we feel that you could be a great addition to the team, a recruiting team member will connect with you. Our recruiters will use this time to learn more about your background, skill set, aspirations, and values, and how those align to Coupa’s mission. This will also be your opportunity to ask questions about Coupa and the role. After the recruiter screen, our team is committed to providing you with an update as quickly as possible. 


Role + Skills interviews

Our recruiting team will schedule time for you to interview with the hiring manager. During this interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss your relevant experience in more detail. Depending on the position, additional skill-based and team interviews may be included in the process. These interviews will provide further opportunities to showcase your skills, collaborate with potential colleagues, and learn all you need about the role and help you decide whether Coupa is the right company for you. 


Offer Stage

Your Talent Acquisition partner will discuss the offer with you. References are the next steps, and we will ask for two verbal references; we do this as we love to talk to someone who knows you best to find out what they think your core strengths are and what Coupa can do to ensure you onboard successfully with us.


Background checks

We process all our background checks through our vendors Sterling & HireRight. We do not contact any employers without your consent and strive to provide a seamless experience.
