You want to show them why you're the perfect fit for the position and demonstrate your enthusiasm for the opportunity.

What is one tip you would give to someone looking for a new opportunity?
Keep your options open. Sometimes, the perfect opportunity doesn't come in the package you expect. Don't limit yourself to one specific job title or industry. Explore different possibilities and be open to trying new things. You never know where you might find the right fit for your skills and interests.
