I work at Coupa because of the unwavering support from my manager and incredible team members and employees across the company. They make it an inspiring and fulfilling workplace. I get to design and create campaigns based on the excellent work inside our ERGs, teams, and more.

What was your candidate experience?

I remember meeting the CHRO and VP of Marketing and feeling welcomed and encouraged by the desire to share the employee value proposition outside of Coupa. We agreed that good work was happening inside and needed to be shared more with the outside community.

Be yourself. Find someone to connect with prior to your application and learn more about Coupa. We are a welcoming community.

What is one tip you would give to someone looking for a new opportunity?
As an introvert, networking has always been hard for me, but I have found the LinkedIn community to be a fabulous resource for advice or introductions. Get out there and start sharing content, creating content and responding to your followers. Make connections.
