I work at Coupa because I feel like I can be my authentic self here and I enjoy interacting and collaborating with many different people every day. I have been fortunate to have the opportunities to grow professionally and I feel supported by my team in pursuing my goals.

What was your candidate experience?

When I was a candidate, I was fresh out of college and didn’t know what to expect. I was definitely nervous, but I am glad to have found somewhere I belong.

What is your top tip to applicants?
Make sure you do your research on the company, familiarize yourself with the job description to make sure that it aligns with your own career goals, and come ready to  engage in conversations with the interview teams.

What is one tip you would give to someone looking for a new opportunity?
Never settle and don’t let rejections deter you from getting up and trying again. Stay positive and persistent. If it’s meant to be, it’ll be.
