I enjoy the collaborative environment in my workplace. We have had a good work-life balance since we started working from the office.

What impact do you make at Coupa every day?
I help my colleagues, offer feedback to improve processes, take on tasks outside of my comfort zone, and be a positive presence.

Describe your day-to-day
My day starts at 6 AM, and I acknowledge the follow-the-sun cases. Once I arrive at the office, we have a daily standup with our advanced team. I start working with interactive sessions with my colleagues and customer calls. Sometimes, I have some training in which I learn many new things. After we had completed our online working hours, we had lunch and laughed in the cafe.

What would you tell someone interested in working at Coupa India?
Coupa has an excellent and comfortable work culture. Everyone here helps, no matter where they sit within the company. I admire the company's work ethic and collaborative spirit. Coupa is the best place to work.
