What do you enjoy most about the Coupa Dublin office?
Apart from the stunning views over and being right next to the sea... The best part of coming into the Dublin office is getting to meet with the people that we work with. I like the structure of having a place to come and do my work. We often have different groups from other Coupa offices using the state of the art meeting and training facilities here in Dublin. This affords the opportunity to meet face to face with other Coupanians that you would otherwise only see on Zoom.

What impact do you make at Coupa every day?
In my role I support our GTM teams with the tools, resources and training that they need to be successful. No day is the same in my role but our north star is to ensure the success of our revenue teams. If they are successful then success for Coupa will follow.

What would you tell someone interested in working at Coupa Dublin?
The more you learn about what Coupa does and how we help businesses reach their goals the more impressed you will be about the offering we have. Talk to people that work here and you will be hard pressed to find anyone that you wouldn't want to work with. And the last thing I would say is that the potential for where Coupa is going is huge, even though we've been around a while, it feels like the momentum is really starting to accelerate.

What was your favorite project/moment at Coupa?
We hold Field Readiness Workshops 3-4 times a year for new joiners as part of their onboarding experience. Earlier this year I hosted 40 sales people from all over EMEA at our Dublin office with a host of Subject Matter Experts from different areas of the Coupa business flying to support this event. Being able to welcome these new Coupanians to the Dublin office for an important part of their journey at Coupa has been special.
