What do you enjoy most about the Coupa Dublin office?
Everyone is going to answer that our favorite aspect of the office is the people in the office. The other factor I enjoy is being able to quickly collaborate/hash out solutions with the team in the office.

What impact do you make at Coupa every day?
I help introduce an element of time to project work and help people find a path forward to get challenges finished. Some challenges can seem insurmountable and even with failures along the way I like to keep folks trekking towards our goals. 

What would you tell someone interested in working at Coupa Dublin?
I started out in the San Mateo office and at the point we opened the office in Ireland I visited and ended up staying for the last 9 years. My suggestion to anyone interested is to come visit - one of the key benefits I have gotten from being here is having quick access to anywhere in Europe. Every country feels like just hop, jump, or skip away!

What was your favorite project/moment at Coupa?
My favorite Project is when I got to lead migrating our custom hosted integrations into our modern in-product solutions. In total it took north of 5 years to totally wrap-up. The little successes at the beginning helped us multiply larger successes towards the end.
