What do you enjoy most about the Coupa Dublin office?
The thing I love most about the Dublin Office is the buzz we have. The Dublin team is very multicultural and thanks to this, it nurtures and strengthens the culture of diversity and inclusion.  Everyone - employees, managers, and executive management - are very friendly and approachable and it makes it so easy to connect with everyone.  Coupa supports different events that brings people together and allows us to disconnect from our day to day jobs. Team events are crucial for building stronger teams, boosting morale and enhancing office culture.

What impact do you make at Coupa every day?
As a Workplace Experience Manager part of my job is organizing events for the Dublin Team. This is something I love most about my job. I try to organize meaningful events where people can connect with each other, have some fun, give back to the community and educate themselves about important topics through speaker sessions and charity work. It is very rewarding to hear that through these events people feel more connected with each other and that it creates the feeling of camaraderie.

What would you tell someone interested in working at Coupa Dublin?
I have worked for different companies, in different countries and in different sectors and I haven't seen anything like Coupa. Coupa Culture is truly unique. People respect and value each other here. I love that in Coupa there we don't have an old school hierarchy model. You wouldn't know who walks through the door - another Coupa employee, SVP or CEO. Everyone treats each other with respect and like equals. I have met many brilliant people in Coupa and have a very strong feeling of belonging here.

What was your favorite project/moment at Coupa?
It was our Coupa Cares Pro-bono Dublin Project in March 2024. We worked together with an Irish non profit organization and had to come up with a solution to their problem statement. This was a truly amazing project Coupa offered to  its employees. It allowed us to strengthen our team building, project management and stress management skills. The project was unique in a way that within a very short time period we had to come up with the solution that a non-profit organization can implement in real life scenario and it truly blew me away to see the impact our deliverables made on the organization and that our ideas were implemented in their strategy right after the project.
