What do you enjoy most about the Coupa Dublin office?
I visit the Dublin Office two or three days a week since my first day. I enjoy the warm atmosphere that our workplace team have created; they always make me feel welcome. 

What impact do you make at Coupa every day?
I prevent the customer critical issues by identifying areas of improvements and together with the team working toward resolution through effective communication.

What would you tell someone interested in working at Coupa Dublin?
Be curious about Coupa products, improve your communication and listening skills and you will be noticeable. Good luck!

What was your favorite project/moment at Coupa?
Improving customer experience scores was my favorite project to lead. It was satisfying to see how the most dissatisfied customers at the start of our relationship would end rate with the highest score at the end of our collaboration.
