The ideal candidate must demonstrate how Coupa’s platform provides unique business value to address the needs of our prospects and clients. They should have a functional understanding of our product, with the ability to discuss, discover, prepare, and demonstrate business process flows in Coupa across Source to Pay and P2P flows. Strong presentation skills are essential
, along with the ability to quickly establish rapport with C-Level executives and decision makers. Being a team player who shares best practices across the organization is important, as is facilitating a positive team attitude, culture, outlook, and work ethic. The candidate should also provide input on sales strategy for opportunities within the SC team
and with other sales team members, display initiative and self-motivation, and promote these qualities across the SC and VC teams. Finally, they must ensure compliance with all company policies and operate as a role model with a high degree of professional integrity.
