The Impact of a HR Business Partner to Coupa: 

At Coupa, we know that people are the heart of our success. As our business grows and evolves, we’re investing in the development of our HR Business Partner function to drive alignment between our people strategy and business goals. We’re seeking a motivated and collaborative HR Business Partner to join our team and support our Corporate business functions.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional—ideally with 5+ years in generalist, specialist, or HRBP support roles—who is ready to take the next step in shaping strategic talent initiatives and enhancing the employee experience.

Reporting to the Director, HRBP , the HR Business Partner will partner with leaders across multiple corporate teams to support business needs and implement core HR programs. You’ll play a key role in day-to-day people operations, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.

This is a hands-on role that offers growth, visibility, and the chance to work in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
