The Impact of a Development Manager, Core Orchestration at Coupa:

As a Software Development Manager, you will lead the evolution of Coupa’s Core Orchestration Platform, delivering AI-driven autonomous processes like Approvals and Process Automation. You’ll manage and mentor an agile team of engineers, driving innovation by hiring and retaining top talent. Working closely with Product Managers and peers, you’ll define the technical roadmap, oversee release planning, and shape key architecture decisions. Your leadership will enable impactful enterprise SaaS solutions while fostering team growth and improving business processes. A strong background in enterprise software, agile management, and framework customization is essential.

The estimated pay range for this role in California is $174,250 - $219,000

The starting salary for the successful candidate will be based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
