The impact of Payroll Specialist to Coupa:

As the Payroll Specialist at Coupa, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and ensuring the accuracy of our international payrolls. You will be responsible for delivering payroll activities with exceptional quality and timeliness while serving as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries.

 

With your keen attention to detail and love for working with numbers, you will excel in this role. Your collaborative approach will allow you to build strong relationships with cross-functional departments, driving internal customer satisfaction and providing timely information to business owners. You proactively research and resolve issues, escalating to management when necessary. Your strong organizational and communication skills enable you to effectively prioritize, plan, and communicate activities and findings. Additionally, you are fearless in voicing your suggestions for process improvements, always seeking to enhance our payroll operations.
