The Impact of a Sr. Director, IT Portfolio at Coupa:
The Sr. Director, IT Portfolio
acts as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor between IT and specific business units. This role is responsible for managing the "demand" side of the IT relationship—understanding business strategy, shaping technology roadmaps, and overseeing the intake and prioritization of the project portfolio to ensure IT investments deliver maximum business value. This position will focus in the business areas of Procurement, Accounting, Finance, Legal and HR.
The primary goal of this Portfolio Lead is to ensure that all IT initiatives are aligned with the overall business strategy
and that IT resources are used efficiently to maximize value, manage risk, and achieve organizational objectives.
