What I enjoy the most about the Coupa Bogota office is its culture and environment. You never get bored. There are always activities and things to do.
What impact do you make at Coupa every day?
I work as a Solution Architect, so I implement the Coupa software for our customers. I talk to several people with different backgrounds and needs and try to help them be successful using our platform. I also participate in internal initiatives to improve the culture and have fun.
Describe your day-to-day
My day is full of conversations with clients and teammates. I learn more about the Coupa platform daily, as it is always evolving. I talk to many people in the office during my free time and lunchtime, learning more about their lives and roles.
What would you tell someone interested in working at Coupa Bogota?
This place is different, really. It is not just the regular 'good culture' thing. You really enjoy coming to the office, interacting with everyone, and being part of this community. Also, you feel supported by your teammates and leaders.
