What I enjoy most is the work culture—everyone is always willing to collaborate and make you feel welcome with great charisma. The premises also contribute to a positive environment, offering a comfortable and well-designed space that supports productivity and well-being.

What impact do you make at Coupa every day?
In my current role as a manager, I maintain regular communication with my TSEs, as well as team members both locally and from other regions. This ongoing interaction gives me the opportunity to share my expertise while also learning from diverse perspectives, which I apply in my day-to-day work to continuously improve.

Who is your favorite Colombian Coupanion? Why?

My favorite Coupanion in Colombia is Lucia Marin. We share both a personal friendship and a professional rapport that allows for open exchange of advice and support. Her presence adds ease to my day and brings a fun, uplifting energy.

What was your favorite project/moment at Coupa?

I have so many favorite moments at Coupa, starting from the day I began working here. Some highlights include getting to know and work with my amazing team, our happy hours, team activities, and even the challenging moments—because we faced them together and came out stronger as a team.
