At the level of my work, I have made an impact by ensuring the reliability of our deal data with all our customers while ensuring that the products they buy are delivered.

Describe your day-to-day
My work focuses on several areas. The first is the audit of the OFs, ensuring that all their data is correct and matches what the customer signed up for. We talk to multiple stakeholders in this process to ensure that all the information is accurate.

What was your favorite project/moment at Coupa?

My most fulfilling moment so far was when we volunteered for the food bank; it was a profound experience to support social initiatives endorsed by the company, knowing that we were donating time and money to support such a noble cause.
